to the rediscovery of wild garlic, avellana hazelnut, sweet and sour pumpkin with mountain scents.
Products from their own and from other farms that, together, work for a “natural and sustainable table” set
with mountain legumes, stone-ground ancient grain flours, indigenous herbal teas, signature spreads.
The Agri-food Shop is the starting point of a journey to be experienced all year round with the formula “themed events on the Terrace” organized by the hosts to offer a renewed appearance with which to welcome guests and onlookers.
