The walnut and turmeric pesto is the perfect result of combining the exotic aromas of turmeric with the delicate but strong taste of walnuts (Malizia and Sorrento varieties).
USE IN THE KITCHEN
Ideal as a condiment for fresh and stuffed pasta. Very good in risotto or as a complement to pizzas, sandwiches, focaccias and apetizers.
Try it as a dressing for chickens and other white meats.
INGREDIANTS
Dried walnuts 56.5%, vegetable oil (sunflower), extra virgin olive oil, salt, 0.2% turmeric.
